How to Use Goodbye Grease. Step-by-Step.
NOTE : The grease must be 250°F or less.
- As your meat finishes cooking, turn off the heat and push the meat to one side so the grease naturally pools.
- Place one Goodbye Grease pouch directly into the pooled hot grease for 15 seconds, gently agitating it to help speed up absorption.
- Flip the pouch and let it sit for another 15 seconds, again gently agitating as needed.
- Pro Tip: Slightly tilt the pan to gather more grease into one area for maximum absorption.
- Remove the pouch using tongs, a spatula, or even your fingers — it cools quickly and is safe to handle.
- Dispose of it in the trash. That’s it — GOODBYE GREASE!
